Does anyone find that a type of shoe helps your foot neuropathy?

I have looked up Spence shoes on Amazon and noticed they also sell shoe inserts. Do they work as well? I have lots of shoes that I hate to give up (PN). Hoping th insets work as well as the shoes. Anyone?

Do you mean "Spenco" inserts? If you do, I think they would be just fine for your shoes. I do not know if they would fit all of your shoes, however. But I do know that the Spenco inserts are comfortable, and help with PN. Lori Renee
