Laura, I hope you just love the Spencos. I find the orthotics in them very good, and you can take them out, and put them in other shoes. The big area for the toes is a God send when you have neuropathy. The shoe is made the way the human foot really is. I have them in many different colors. They were even cheaper on Amazon, but not any more. I always check there, though. QVC is slow in shipping, so if you have never shopped there, do not worry. The shoes will come. Wolky is a higher end shoe, in gorgeous leather, and very comfy on the foot, so if ever you feel inclined, get one. Very supportive shoes. Everyone is so different with shoes, and neuropathy is so darn hard, so who really knows how you will feel. But I hope you love them. No shoe is perfect for me any longer. But at least I can get through the day in a Spenco without wanting to shoot myself....OY!!!!!! Lori Renee

@lorirenee1 I desperately need shoes for my painful neuropathy. I looked at the Spencos, but I don't know what size to order. I have been wearing Birkenstocks for years because I have a hematoma on an ankle, so nothing will go over it. The Birks were recommended by a podiatrist and worked wonderfully until I got neuropathy. Some days they still are okay, but I still have foot pain. I wear a 7 in Birks, but looking at Spencos, I'm not sure a 7 will work. They look wider. I don't need wide; I need something to soothe my feet that feel as if I'm walking in shards of glass. Do you think I should stay with a 7? I appreciate your opinion.
Thanks,
Carol
