I’m learning that I can’t go as hard and long as I used to. Even if I feel ok, I’ve learned to rest and take it easy. When tiredness comes, I just sit down, nap if needed, until it passes. Hoping the strength and stamina return soon. My final Zoladex shot should be through my system in 2 days. Looking forward to getting back to “normal “.
