Great idea! Soaking shower head in vinegar........I was wondering how to clean it, because they have several parts inside, and might not be too easy to put back together! Thanks for the great tip......

This only gets rid of mineral deposits, however. It doesn't disinfect the shower head. This Shower Clear expensive shower head just opens up and you can wipe it clean after every shower. No buildup of biofilm at least at that level.
