I know it can be scary. Sinus bradycardia means normal rythmn, but slow heartbeat. Be assured your cardiac tests are normal. I would see your primary dr or cardiologist if you are concerned. Symptoms with a slow heart include light head, short of breath, fatigue are some. I would keep a symptom journal. Your heart doesn't stop because if a slow heart rate. Best thing to relieve anxiety us to talk to your healthcare professional. If you dont feel they are taking you seriously find someone else

Thank you. I guess my biggest fear is my heart to stop. I just assume it’s better than a super fast rate however

What are some worrisome issues should I look for? And how do I know if it’s low that I’m ok and not panic?
