@jobarbara I am sorry to hear of so many others having issues as well. šŸ™ I was so surprised the barium swallow came back normal because I feel like I can feel the food going all the way down super slow and it is nauseating at times. Have you had one of those yet? @dstb83bb I agree. It is tough to explain to people at times.

Gabigirl! Yes when I was first diagnosed with gird 11 years ago. Will see what gastro says tomorrow, I would like him to do endoscopy to make sure everything is ok. Iā€™ve had ultra sound and CT scans last year and everything was normal.

I have had so many tests. I didnā€™t think the barium swallow would be easy to manage. I did okay but was told I was having issues swallowing - duh, lol. I had jackhammer esophagus. The pressure has subsided since the Poem procedure. However, I do still feel like things are hung in my throat. I havenā€™t had my post op visit so hoping for answers.
