No more dialysis needed this week, labs are almost normal and neph thinks kidney has recovered a little function at least temporarily. Unnecessary dialysis can actually cause some damage. So today's a good day to live! And to enjoy a dialysis vacation.

Such good news! Any chance of an explanation on how to increase the likelihood this will happen again, or is this a "we don't know why" moment?
