For those of you who have followed @kamama94 impressive kidney-friendly recipe books and recent issues with sudden decline of function, she has asked I send out an update. After last week's permacatheter procedure on Tues she was readmitted to the hospital with complications. She had dialysis in-hospital Wed and Fri, and is home now. She will be having in-center dialysis, and has been approved for two weeks [I hope more!] of home health. Her family stepped up to help modify her living space to accommodate her new-to-her lifestyle. She will post when she has more energy. I know we all wish the best for her.

@kamama94, I really appreciate your taking the energy from the small reserve that you have to update us through Ginger. As you may not have energy to write, I hope that our messages bring you comfort and possible pleasant distraction. From my corner of the world, I paint a lovely Sunday morning with sunshine and cooler temperatures. I sit with a lovely cup of tea in my tiny garden that for me is paradise. I read. I pull a weed or two. I watch the butterflies. I repeat. I hope you can picture it.
