It has been 3 years since my TKR on both knees at Mayo Clinic and my knees are still tight. I also have pain below the knees to my feet. I did therapy to no avail. Revisited Doctors and they said I had knee instability and nothing could be done. They said knee revision surgeries don't have good outcomes.
The stiffness comes from a tight Quadriceps tendon, Medial collateral ligament ,Lateral collateral ligament, Iliotibal band ligament. i've tried stretches and excercises with no improvements. I regret having the surgery done.
