Has anyone had a tight band feeling after total knee replacement?

It has been just over a year and my knees are still stiff barely reaching 90 degree of flexion. I can’t sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time and my state of mind very bad. I feel as though I will never be the same and not sure I can live like this.

Hello @buickturboman, Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. I'm sorry to hear you are still having stiffness along with pain and unable to sleep well after your knee replacement. Does your doctor or surgeon have any suggestions or have you discussed the continued stiffness and pain with them?
