Has anyone had a tight band feeling after total knee replacement?

I am a year post TKR as well and still have the band feeling although not quite as tight as in the beginning. As you said, it's not painful, just annoying especially when getting in and out of car or going up and down stairs.

4 years with mine. Nothing works

Don’t feel bad I am in the same boat. Mine has loosened up a bit but it’s still there. It is not painful but annoying especially when there is a low front. Also when I exercise or walk. There are occasional clicks too. I guess we have to keep up with exercises and stretching. I have hope that it might go away.

I am 14 weeks post op
TNR and have that tight band feeling but have attribute it to the Bakers cyst behind my knee which is apparently quite common
