For me, deep achy, pins and needles, on the knee area were primary main pain symptoms. Now it’s swelling, hot feeling on knee, spontaneous piercing. My treatment consists of nerve blocks (two so far), Flector patch, cream. I’m am doing much better then when I was first diagnosed. Doctors say treating early is key.
