Good evening @rknee. How unfortunate that you injured your brand new TKR. Icing and elevating would be first on my list. Reduce the pain as much as you can and just stay off it. I would check in with my PT or in my case MFR therapist before showing up and request advice about a need for X-rays. If there is fluid building up around the knee or a banker's cyst filling behind the knee.....you will need some help to remove and reduce the inflammation.
