@captjamesh Unless your doctor or physical therapist doesn't feel it's right for you, push yourself as much as you can. I regret now not pushing myself harder. My flex is right around 120°, give or take a degree or two. I really cannot kneel upright without something to lean on. I wish I could. My orthopedic surgeon said he could do lysis on me but I really don't want to go through another surgery no matter how minimal it is so I have resisted.
