IM SORRY, I DO NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES WHITH MY BLOOD. I AM RECEIVING MANY MANY EMAILS AND WOULD APPRECIATE NOT TEXTING ME ABOUT ANY BLOOD ISSUES. I HAVE CHRONIC AND SEVERE BACK PAIN AND PTSD THIS IS MY INTEREST. I APOLOGIZE.

@kimspr3, I can help with the frequency and emails you are getting. When you participate in a discussion, you are automatically subscribed to get emails each time a post is made in that discussion. You can edit this in a few different ways:

- Unsubscribe from this discussion in particular by scrolling to the bottom of the email notification you receive for this post. You should see text that says "unsubscribe from this thread." Click on unsubscribe. It will bring you to a new browser window. Click the drop down menu and choose the option which best suits you and then click save.
- If you are on a browser when reading this message: Scroll all the way to the top of the discussion to the original post that is in grey. Click on the "Following" button. The same options as above will be brought up. Choose to either get only online notifications for this discussion or to unfollow the discussion entirely.

This process can be followed for any discussion you partake in on Connect, or unfollowing a group.

*Important*
Even if you unsubscribe from a group, you can still receive email notifications for discussions you have taken part in within that group. You will need to do this process for each discussion you receive email notifications that you no longer with to do so. Does this help?
