Hi @hazelnut I think you are referring to radiofrequency neurotomy? If so here is some information that may answer some of your questions. I am not familiar with the procedure but a 3 of my patients have had this procedure and no reported issues to date.

As you already know every procedure has pros and cons. What other treatments have you tried?

Thank you for your post. I have only had steroid injections. The arthritis is in the hip but the pain is in my knees. I have met with a surgeon but he thinks I am high risk for hip surgery because of my afib and recently told that tests show I have Lupus. I won't know for sure till the 28th of this month about the Lupus.
