@iella0 You do not indicate when your next scheduled appointment with your doctor is, but with these changes I think you should try to get an appointment very soon. Obviously, something is going on.
To lower glucose stay away from sweets and keep carbs to a minimum. I believe the generally recommended number is about 45 gms per meal, and two snacks of 15 gm. I am not a doctor though, so perhaps that varies more than I realize. There are a number of free trackers that you can get either online or on your smartphone that will keep track of your carbs. That would be a start, particularly if you cannot get in to see your doctor soon.

Thank you, I will take that into consideration. I have a doctors appointment next coming Tuesday! With my kidney specialist but they will check my blood and glucose levels.
