One more thing. It does effect your heart. There's no damage but you feel as though you have heart problems. I had a Cat Scan of my heart and everything's fine. The problem is my GUT. I had no diarrhea with Celiac Disease but Microscopic Coltis put me on the toilet 25 times a day. Severe diarrhea. I was wearing diapers. I had a stool sample performed by Dr. Fine and I can't eat gluten, no milk, drink or eat anything with Soy and everything I eat has to be soft. Plus lots of protein for healing. Microscopic Colitis is more confusing than Celiac Disease. I basically eat a Cave Man's Diet! First off, if you think you are like me, get on the Microscopic Colitis website. Tex started the Forum.
