Wow! I can relate. These sound like some of my symptoms as well. Do you by chance get weak legs? Bladder issues? All my pain and issues stay on my left side.

When I'm full of gas, I do get weak legs. If I take something for the gas (Gas-X or activated charcoal) and walk around to get things moving, then the weakness goes away even when I feel like I shouldn't be walking because my legs are weak. I think something about the gas pressure must press on something to do with the legs. Either that or it's mild dehydration from too many loose stools (?) causing the leg muscles to cramp. But it feels more like just weakness. No one can explain this but I feel like we have to be our own detectives as so many digestive symptoms aren't "textbook". I hear them from others with digestive issues too so I know it's not just me. I do sometimes get bladder issues. I had SIBO at one time and the person treating me said that where the SIBO was at that time was behind the bladder so after a few bowel movements or if I would lie down on my back, the bladder pressure got significantly better. I have also had mild bladder infections but apparently that's all part of the package--low pH, leaky gut, yeast overgrowth, bladder infection. I'm taking a lot of supplements and nutrients that are helping to heal me from the inside out so to speak, but it's a long process.

I have all of these issues and weak legs and bladder issues as well. I also have pelvic prolapse, if it can prolapse it pretty much has, but none of those seem to cause the other issues, like the trembling rapid heart rate, pressure in chest/stomach that is relieved by bowel movement/gas mostly (That seems to get stuck everywhere).
