The Cardiologist put me on Bisoprolol to help my heart palpitations but the internal and hand shaking still occurs-only much less. He is referring me to a body movement specialist. For me it occurs when I’m sleeping and wakes me. Meantime a few have mentioned whether or not it could be more emotional. I will see. 😌

I just started (a month ago) Primidone for internal vibrations/shakiness and IT WORKS! I’ve had 30 years of heart issues, body pain, nerve disease, seizures, gastro problems, bone/spine issues etc and 6 months ago, out of nowhere, started w internal vibrations. After asking my family “do you feel the house shaking?” and them looking at me like I was crazy....I found a neurologist who knew what I was talking about! I’m just grateful to not have these vibrations continue along with everything else I have. She seems to think I may have a nerve disease or fiber neuropathy. Going for testing next month. Hope you can at least try Primidone w some relief!! Good luck.
