I had the same issues I was diagnosed with G.E.R.D over 25yrs ago and every now and then I get internal tremors my heart beat fast and my entire body shakes on the inside but it only happen when I'm gassed up and trying to go to sleep im jump out my sleep heart racing as if I almost died in my sleep also at times when I need to make a bowel movement my heart beats fast i get cold chills and weakness in my arms and legs and the reason I think is because the gas is suffocating my heart so what I do every morning i wake up and every night before i go to bed i take a antacid and drink hot water as hot as possible antacids such as mylanta, aloe vera juice and I also started taking prebiotic for gut support and now I no longer have internal tremors/vibrations or bowel issues and because u can't take antacids for a long period of time I drink mostly aloe vera juice and take the antacid if needed depending on what I ate that day and how bloated and gassy I feel hopefully this help cause for years I thought my days was numbered my doctor couldn't tell me nothing I practically had to diagnosed myself also please research aloe vera juice to see it's benefits for acid reflux its a game changer but remember to keep your antacid on the side
Hi, @gigiraj I've had most is not all of the symptoms you're having but they came about suddenly after my first anxiety attack. So, from what you're saying I think you may have anxiety from whatever personal triggers along with the constant worry you're having about your health all add to the anxiety and thus the symptoms. It was shocking for me to learn that anxiety can cause all those symptoms but it's true. It can do crazy things to the body, but it's just a stress response and nothing is actually wrong with you. So you have to break the cycle and find your triggers. It's not avoiding it, but the opposite actually. It's letting it run its course and not trying to stop it. Your body is just trying to help you even if it doesn't feel that way, so just let it.
A youtuber called Shaan Kassam has resources that really helped me understand it; a short report and other people's success stories.
The link is in the description and the best thing to note is that it can go away completely. Just understanding it all helped me a lot. Hope you're doing better by now.
My tremors have stopped. I started taking the famotadine in Sept. My stomach stopped bloating after eating and the pain I was having stopped. Unfortunately the only medication I was on was the famotadine. I was waking up at night sporadically as well. Late November the tremors I was having qould come and go mostly after I exercised or was sitting. Maybe I just noticed it more then. But the last tremor I had scared me because I could not get it to stop. I called my Drs. Office next day and went in. She stopped the famotadine that day. It took a few days but the tremors have completely stopped and I am happy to say I am no longer waking up at night. The stomach pain has started again and Again I am bloated after I eat. I am currently starting herbal drops of iberogast. To see if it will help. All natural and have read good reviews on them. Hopefully will get relief. Hope this helps someone who may be experiencing the tremors while on famotadine.
