I am going through this and am very scared and I don't want to talk to anyone at home about it, I do not want to worry them, but this internal tremor and heart pain may cause me not to wake up I truly am scared without medical insurance I am not sure what o do. I am changing my diet and I am so tired of the fatigue, Nausia, and tremors, on top of these random (rare bouts where I feel like stuck I can't move or breathe or think or act).
