Awww you are so sweet!! No I’ll be going by myself and will see what happens. I’ve been continuing to struggle with certain vices that I know I need to get control of or there will be no point to seek out help from doctors etc
Gotta start taking way better care of myself honestly!!

@cwilliamson77 there are definitely members here on Connect that get what you mean about getting certain vices under control. It's easier said than done, even when we know what the "right thing to do" is. You might find it helpful to connect with other members in the Addiction & Recovery group https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/addiction-recovery/ It's a place where people encourage each other without judgement. I hope you'll check it out.
