Hearing Loss: Come introduce yourself and connect with others

For the past 6 months I have been experiencing tinnitus. I have had a hearing test with minimal loss. The doctor said little can be done for tinnitus but it is driving me crazy especially at bedtime. I would welcome any helpful suggestions. Thanks

I have moderate hearing loss with tinnitus, no hearing aids though. I have been taking Lipoflavinoid over the counter for a year. It doesn't take it away but in my words "calms' it. Before using this I read the reviews of people and decided to give it a try. Some it helped and some it didn't. I take 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night but starting is more. I've been debating about hearing aids especially with tinnitus.
