Today on MSNBC there is a short article called "How everyday communication barriers for the deaf are intensified by face masks". l am in favor of the masks but am having a terrible time understanding employees in grocery stores, Home Depot and so on when trying to get help. I never realized before how much I relied on the extra cues that people's faces and lips give us.
