@georger- Good morning. Hang in there, people will respond. Exercising during chemo is a tough grape to swallow because so many people believe, as did I, that chemo makes you very ill and you need to rest. I wish that you had been here when I needed a boost, but that was years ago. I did get out and walk but my chemo really beat me up, and you know all about the fatigue.
Please describe the exercises that you are talking about.

My exercise varied but I have a masters in exercise physiology so I come from a different angle than most. Essentially I attempted to keep up a l routine of rowing, biking, and/or jogging. The intensity varied, of course, but the schedule stayed pretty consistent. And the research now shows how important it is. I tried to personally train local cancer patients but met no success so am considering social media instead. This site is my first attempt.
