Chest pain and all left side pain

I have posted I’m a few groups hoping for some guidance. I have had left rib pain and really arm and shoulder pain for a few months. I have had many heart tests and spent a many days in Er due to my anxiety.
Main issues I have are almost daily I have left rib cage pain. Usually under my pectoral. I also have lightheadeness when this happens that last for s few hours.
It’s puzzling as well as frustrating because GP can’t give me any answers either. He says costochondritis but I’m not really buying it withnother symptoms. I sit in a Desk all day and am inactive so was wondering if my spine and posture may affect this. Or is it condritis? Need guidance from maybe people with experience

Hello @jadillow, you may notice I combined you new discussion with your old one on the same topic of chest pain. I did this so the members who have participated on this topic would see your messages and have a better chance of seeing your messages. I am tagging @bozoian and @beahind who have posted about costochondritis on Connect in the past. I also recommend reading some of @dawn_giacabazi's posts as well as she has frequently talked about her issues with costochondritis.
