My hammer toes are accompanied by a bunion. I use duct tap to keep the hammer toes from overlapping and a spongy foot glove to pull the big toe over. I just gOOGLED " bunion with hammer toes" to find the foot gloves on-line. They work and I wear the all the time although many wear them only at night. Rather depends on your shoes or riding boots as I do horses.
