my Mayo Doctor, just prescribed vitamin B 12 shots for me. Anyone out there have experience taking B 12 injections

I was told to take B-12 for anxiety, but it’s in tablet form that dissolves under the tongue.

@annedodrill44 Ask Dr if you can use liquid that way for BMS you can swish it around I don't know if the sublingual will do same
