My GI doctor has me take Phillips Colon Health and seems to work well. Have you tried Metamucil?

Yea Metamucil caused other issues so I was told to not take that any more. I was hoping maybe a probiotics would be good to help ease the symptoms but I am afraid to add things to my body right now because I don't know how it's going to react
