I'm sorry u haven't found any relief.
Did you try more than one type/ratio of medical marijuana? I have read so many times the high CBD is best for neuropathy. I did not find that true for myself. The mix w THC:CBD has helped significantly. Mind you, I still can't do much w my hands as everything inflames my hands &feet.
Ive tried those meds, very bad side effects for me.
I do use tramadol daily, 50mg x3-5daily I've had 3 spinal surgeries and have DDD. If the tramadol helps, it comes in extended relief, which you can ask your MD about.
Ive cut down on tramadol but do need it daily even w marijuana.
I hope u find better relief.
