@gailb- I agree with you. Twenty two pounds in one month is too much weight to lose because of pain.

I double agree, I would be concerned about that kind of weight loss as well, @hgarm. There are tests like CT scans and MRIs which can show what is going on with the pancreas.

That's what I said to the doctor but he didn't seem to care just told me to use a heating pad when I have the pain but it has become sort of a constant pain now that just sits there and gets worse with eating or drinking
