The nephrologist does not seem to be concern but i question his abilities to be honest. He was just mumbling during the consultation. I do not have diabetes but can high creatinine clearance be an early marker of diabetes? My fasting glucose and A1C was fine.

@nycdave7 With a high creatine level I suggest you make an appointment with a Urologist ask him about your concern as this has to do with the kidney's
