Hi Farmboy, I can totally relate.... I have finally been able to get my anxiety under semi-control. I had my first panic Attabk about 6 weeks ago and it was the worst experience of my life! Get a therapist... get on some medication and face this head on.... seems almost impossible but has worked(so far) for me. Take good care my friend !

They have me on effexor, Wellbutrin and Seroquel. But my anxiety and panic attacks are so strong that they won't hardly go away. It's crazy what anxiety and panic attacks can do to you. I feel like I'm going crazy. Very scary.
