I agree but back in the "old" days people never talked about depression or anxiety they kept it to themselves. Now we are a
different world............lets never stop talking about our inner feelings. It is an outlet for a lot of us and also it is helpful for the
younger people to understand. Some people have it some don't............but its so nice to know you have someone to confide
in and to come up with different idea's. Any help anyone can give to another is a beautiful thing. So far it hasn't
happend to me. My husband and I decided today we would both walk on the tread mill for at least 5 mins. and try
to do it 3 times aday. We are also talking about growning our own veggies. Will keep you posted.
