did walk a little this morning. Didn't want to do it but pushed myself. I must say I do feel a little better. Hearing the birds sing, hearing the leaves in the tress's sing. It felt good.....Thank you so much

@brit I am so glad you got out, and how fortunate you are to live in a warm enough climate where you hear birds singing.
I have been going to my health club for at least 10 years, doing water exercises, and going to the gym, occasionally just walking the track. When I first went I just did water exercises a few times a week but I have expanded a lot in the last five years. I still have to really drag myself there every time but once there I am glad I did and afterward I feel positively smug that I did! 😉 My son, who is a fitness fanatic says no one really looks forward to it but to be healthy it really is a necessity. Being too sedentary is simply not good for you.
