Just saw your post and it made me stop and think that "hey" I feel that way too. Can I join you in your discussions? Would love to have a chat with people have the sames feelings and what could they do to help themselves. Thanks Patti
I worry constantly, every day. It has gotten a lot worse since my husband had a widowmakers heart attack. I was told that few survive and when he was put into a coma I think I was in shock. Ever since that episode I watch him to make sure he’s breathing, jump when there’s a loud noise in our house, or worry when he looks tired. The thought of losing him causes me incredible anxiety.
Teresa this is something that I have dealt with for many years. My Mother and Sister suffer with the same symptons, Grandmother too. Guess it just runs in the family. Only wish I could get some relief from this terrible feeling. It frightens me and makes me wonder about so many things that might not even happen. I'm fighting it each day and hopefully get some relief, God Bless Patti
