Well I can sort of understand that mistake. The whole hocus pocus about holding it in your palm is never explained as to why it's needed. I did it but did not know why. Some people need to know why before they will take something seriously so I blame the manufacturer as much as your husband. Glad you figured it out. On Wed. we started the 2nd week and thus changed the setting as instructed to 50 from variable. Linda sometimes says she feels something happening but so far no pain relief. 12 more days until 3 weeks is up, then we will decide. Best to you bunnyp and good luck pressing forward with this. Hank

Thanks Hank! I checked on my Amazon order and it said returns or exchange would be good until Jan. 31, 2021 for my order so I would assume yours would be also since we ordered them around the same time🤔. Would like to be able to try it more than one month so may just give them a call to verify! Praying for good results now that we have officially turned it on correctly 😂😂😂🙏🙏🙏🙏
