Wow, that's too bad you made that mistake. At least you have realized it. Sorry I don't respond more often, but I am not on every day. I had a friend visit and she used it on her TMJ, I may have mentioned this, and she swore by it. It continues to work for me. I do use it everyday that I remember. The days I forget is because I either have no pain or so little I don't notice it compared to my level of pain prior to our purchase. I have recharged it once and I had no problem. I plugged it in before bed and it was all charged the next morning. It continues to work for me. I know we are all different, but I can't believe it would work so well for me and not either of you. It just doesn't make sense. I keep praying that it will work for both you and Hank's wife.
@bunnyp
Well I can sort of understand that mistake. The whole hocus pocus about holding it in your palm is never explained as to why it's needed. I did it but did not know why. Some people need to know why before they will take something seriously so I blame the manufacturer as much as your husband. Glad you figured it out. On Wed. we started the 2nd week and thus changed the setting as instructed to 50 from variable. Linda sometimes says she feels something happening but so far no pain relief. 12 more days until 3 weeks is up, then we will decide. Best to you bunnyp and good luck pressing forward with this. Hank
