I would suggest doing as much as you possibly feel you can. I currently am in a yoga for osteoporosis prevention class and find it very helpful in many ways. I also have taken part in a strength training class that helped as well. Swimming helps with restoring flexibility and range of motion, too. Good luck — keep moving!!

Oh thank you for the info unfortunately the closest yoga or exercise classes I could get to are about 40 miles away. I have started walking a bit and counting my steps to increase every day.
