Switching to Trintellix or Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

I added Trintellix starting at 5 mg and up to 20 mg in the last couple of months. In the last 2-3 weeks I’ve noticed my eyes are squinting in the morning. I’ve had to consciously open my eyes and keep them open. I’ve also had a little more agitation and irritability than before the 15 and then 20 mg. I don’t know that the Trintellix is helping my depression and anxiety. My doctor lowered my dosage back to 10 mg. Anyone else have similar experiences?

Hi, @petangelkat1 - you'd mentioned some potential side effects you were experiencing from taking the vortioxetine (Trintellix). Just wondering how it's going lately with that medication?

My trintillix journey is well documented, but I do feel compelled to address the agitation and irritability issues just noted. According to my wife, whose opinion is important to me, I was a very unpleasant person with whom to live. Meaner than a snake are the words that I recall. I am back to acceptable on Prozac....
