Hey everyone. Mamacita here from Adults on the Autism Spectrum. You guys are amazing. The best I can do is buy the oils, get the anti-inflammatory capsules, and take them. I can't bring myself to make a tea of something that looks as nasty as Turmeric. I will force myself to drink peppermint tea. But I'm going to have to stir up my courage to tackle my sensory issues long enough to choke down Turmeric tea. You all are so brave. I promise I will give it a try soon. Thank you for trying to help us all here who have joint issues. Natural is better, to my way of thinking, if it is at all possible. Less side effects. And usually way cheaper than Big Pharma. Hope you all have a painless weekend and enjoy yourselves! Talk to you soon!

@mamacita “golden milk” is pretty tasty if you put just a tiny amount of honey in it. You may be surprised if you do give it a try.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to defame the name of Turmeric tea. I will try all the tricks to make it tasty!!! To be perfectly honest, my taste buds have been off for a good while. Nothing tastes the same. Love and light!
