@freshair just made some maybe to much honey .Other things I have found help for pain is Ice bag Ice is a natural anti-inflammatory Boswellia which is Indian Frankensence helps with pain ,Willow bark has the same properties as aspirin but wont hurt your tummy. 1Teaspoon of black strap molasses in a cup of water stir well it has all the minerals in it Essential oils For me I mix Lavender 10 drops with 10 drops Peppermint ,10drops Frankensence in a carrier oil like almond shake the rub on your muscles or knees Just a few suggestions that work for me hope some help you

Less sweet is a preference, but if you want to kick this into a higher gear and have the budget, use manuka honey. That's the beauty of a recipe - it's just a beginning.
