I had that problem where the l4 l5 was rubbing on a nerve. Had stem cells injected and in 4 weeks i was good. Do my stretching every day and have had no pain. The stem cells were my stem cells. Be careful who you deal with as their are a lot of bad clinics out there.

@win sturgeon That is great I have same problem but so far Dr,s just fluffed me off glad you found relieve Did you have the burning pain inflammation in thighs before the stem cells?
