@rondella... My brace is a TORUS-GROUP Comfort Posture - 100% cotton lining. Brace outer layer is 73% poly, 27% latex. Price, $50 @ Amazon. It does wrap under arm BUT there’s a soft piece that slides under arm to prevent discomfort and chaffing. I feel no discomfort at all. Hopefully - it will work as well for you. Ps. Be mindful of size. I had to return mine for proper sizing.

Thank you so much for this information. I had seen braces like this on the internet, but imagined them to be so uncomfortable, I am glad to find out differently. I will check into it. Happy New Year to you.
