Hi @frangreen1143, if you scroll to the top of this discussion window and click the link that says + Following it will change to + Follow and you will not receive any new notifications when members post to the discussion. You can also cancel all notifications in your Profile settings. The Get Started on Connect link at the bottom of all pages on Connect has a lot of the common tasks and how to do them on Connect. The link is in the lower left column under Mayo Clinic Connect.
