I don’t want to get hooked on this stuff. Even the quick withdrawal was horrendous. I can’t imagine being on this stuff for years.

I came off of Klonopin by my doctor's direction. I came off by gradually tapering off and I had no problems. I took 1 mg a day for many years and then increased to 1.5 for a short time. After this I got the doctor who wanted me off the benzo. I do not recommend anyone making any changes to their medicine without doctor's direction.
