@johnbishop Those look great. I used to have a kneeling pad that didn't attach, that would help also. So far when I have to kneel it's always in the house so I just kneel on a pillow.

I think these are made by Husky and when you knell on tile floor it kind of feels like you are on soft turf. There seems to be an inch and half or so of the soft foam on the backside and then the little soft rubber protrusions on the front add even more cushion if you are on a hard surface.
