Will definitely keep the recipe. Sounds easy to make and delicious. I am off grains right now and not able to eat it, but don’t doubt I will be able to eat it in the future. For those in the early stages of recovery like me, watch out for too many grains, including rice. It can be tough to digest. My nutritionist said is a no no for now. I ate rice all my life without problems until I developed this bout of antibiotic induced colitis. So I don’t doubt I will get back to it someday. Thank you for sharing the recipe. Interestingly, I am not allowed to eat rice but can eat rice crackers because the protein has been largely digested in the process of making the flour.

So sorry to hear you can't eat rice. I wonder if you could use potatoes instead - microwave, cut up, and then add to the salmon pan instead of the rice. Maybe I'll try it too. A question off the subject: are you able to eat any herbs or spices? If so, what are they? I'm trying to broaden what I eat (cinnamon, sage, thyme, black pepper, salt) and could use some input. Tried rosemary, oregano, and parsley and did not agree. Thanks.
