Hi. Thanks for the recipe it'll be good for my 88 years young mother. I have totally eliminated meat from my diet as it upsets my stomach. I only eat seafood and veggies, no butter, milk, nuts, and the list goes on.

Glad you can use it. Here's a salmon recipe my husband and I developed, also easy and delicious. Fry salmon until it is well browned. In the meantime boil the white basmati rice. When the salmon is done, put it on the plates. Then add the rice to the pan and stir it around with the spatula, getting up all the brown stuff, oils, etc. Serve with the salmon. This is one of our favorites. We don't add any seasonings or anything except maybe pepper at the table. Hope you can eat rice. White basmati rice is very easily digested. @@
